Definitely, the staff were nice and assisting in all ways. The room was nice and clean with moderne photoes of plants and people, nice. It is located close to town, so it does not take long, then you are in the center of the city. Also nice with healthy breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a nice stay!

20 minute walk from the central station. Felt safe enough. Room was clean and staff friendly .Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Limited choice but good enough for me.

Good value and location

Very good location for that value, close to the metro, shops, restaurants. Rooms are in good condition, looks new, we were on the same floor as reception but it was still fairly quiet, so that was nice. We had little issue with textile upholstery on bed, that wasn´t clean properly, but they fixed it next day, otherwise the room was clean. Shower has kind of weird design, there is no tray in the bottom, just glass on the side, so bathroom floor gets wet easily. Breakfast was good, also with plant base options.

A very nice place where to stay for a holiday: nice personal and very helpful. The only downside is that the room has no air condition and it was pretty hot even with the window open. But the breakfast was perfect for vegetarians: very good bread and different choices for those with food intolerances :-)

Smelled like urine and feces in the stairwells, breakfast was a bit limited in selection, the walls and windows were paper thin. Location was good and the beds were ok, but would’ve been nice to have a safe or fridge in the room.

Leaky windows and cold nights

Windows cant close properly, endured cold nights, traffic sound, but rooms were fine, bed and furniture were fine. If windows got fixed I would love to stay there again.

Good location and value for money if you are deaf

I think the location is great and service is adequate for the price. BUT the windows are so old an in poor quality, that they did not protect from the noise outside at all. I felt like sleeping next to the street. And easch time the main door was slammed, my bed was shaking. I will not be staying again, unless I don't have a choice

Good position for everything we needed. But on arrival we were told that they only clean every 4 days unless we asked on a daily basis before 7pm . We did ask , but they "forgot " . So we thought they'd clean on the 4th day anyway. But again they "forgot" . We were in Stockholm to visit various family members and were often back well after 7pm, and did not want to spend time chasing up housekeeping. We don't mind making our own bed but by the end of our visit our waste paper basket was overflowing and mugs provided for tea were heavily stained. And the carpet in our corridor needed a good clean. On the plus side our room was very clean when we arrived, and it was nicely decorated And the breakfast provided was fine. The staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a horrible smell (drains?) As you enter the hotel, but I assume that is beyond their control.

Amazing staff and amazing stay

The place is amazingly clean and freshly renovated. The staff really went over and beyond to accomodate me before and after my stay. Its 15 min walk from the central station with another station under it. The price was half of what I found with nearby hotels at the last minute. And free breakfast. Honestly, the staff accomodation and modern rooms blew me away. Will definitely stay here again. 5⭐

Step by step Instructions for using app and gaining access after hours would have made our first experience with hotel better. Perhaps a YouTube video on how to use door entry app would have helped us and the people who came the next night who we helped. Rooms were average sized. Hotel is clean and staff were lovely. Location is okay.

Bad instructions to collect room outside of the opening hours. Had to call them to open a box for a master key card. They were however nice on the phone.
