"Very loud neighbors. Well probably just thin walls and ceiling. Room walls were grimy with a three foot crack that seems related to a water leak. Worst of all was the bathroom which is a shower next to the toilet. So if you plan to use the toilet post shower the floor is wet where you stand. What ..."
