"Good experience. Only gripes. 1) Main meal option not available and we were sitting at 715pm so not that late. 2) Being in a room beside the road there was early noise from Bin collections.Could benefit from Double glazing to minimise some traffic noise during the day.Little at night.May be a issue ..."

"The children's bedroom was not clean, under the mattress on bunk bed was months of dust and grime, the carpet hadn't been hoovered. Sweets and rubbish on the floor under the bunk bed. The children safety lock has only 1 bent scew, as a fixing.and hanging off."
