Excellent location from Birmingham airport, 5mins in taxi. Nice selection of shops & 18 restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend. Staff great too. "

"The car park is far from the hotel and no bus service either. Parking was £15. The breakfast price is too high. £16.50 person. They were not enough hash browns. Always finished when went a few times. Room was good but the hand soap bottle was not working and soap and shampoo bottles too high up for shorter people. "
