"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. "The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. "Traditional hotel in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk to restaurants,bars and other amenities.Good breakfast choices with pleasant and attentive servers. Free parking is an added bonus. Overall exceptional value."

"Parking is easy. However the Breakfast was £16 which is way too expensive and we will never eat all the stuff what is provided. Breakfast should be simple and i don't mind spending about £5 for a breakfast. It is breakfast not a big lunch"

Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins.
