Unfortunately this was identified too late to raise with the hotel team as the booking was for just one night's stay. Breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely helpful."

The foyer is comfy and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was cosy, clean and had great air con. "Convenient and well priced accommodation. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. There was parking near each accommodation block. The lift wasn't working in the Heron building. There is a covered walkway from there to the main building where food is served. Signage is not brilliant, especially when you arrive in Heron building from the main building (no signs to direct you to the lift or stairs, no indication that numbers starting 100 are upstairs on first...
