"Hotel was a little dirty Food remnants in elevator"

"The water was cold, I stayed 4 days. Requested my room to be serviced no one came. Requested service the next day from house keeping. No one never came. The a/c wasn’t working properly. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. I did speak with the front desk. They didn’t have any clean towels. I spoke with a manager via text. She said she would follow up. I haven’t heard anything else."

"I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay."

"Breakfast menu could be little better an hotter...an they start cleaning at 9am an dont give u time.they cleaning all around u...could have few more things on it.they dont put when somethings empty but other than that great........ Could put xtra cups of coffee pods Room was great .an so was staff"
