"Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows. Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products. Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. "The rooms were clean, although there was a noticeable smell throughout, possibly from cleaning products or the carpets. Otherwise everything was great. The room was tidy, the breakfast was fresh and hot, and the staff were very helpful."

Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch.
