"We went to the concert of bad bunny and we got the power banks as gifts, we leave those in the room and when we leave for a long walk we didn’t realize until the night that the power banks where not longer in the room. When we complained the staff said that they follow the case by mail (since we have to return next day in the morning), and is been 4 days since we leave and any person has reached out."

"I made my reservation through Expedia, when arriving at 10pm the system to unlock the door, did not work. The machine that deliver key cards was not working either. I called the contact number and they said they will be sending somebody to help us enter. After 90 minutes waiting in the hallway, I called back to check on the status on the person that was coming. They decided not to come because I was not in "the list". Not knowing anything abalone any list, I had to force them to check my paid...

"Hotel is in perfect walking distance everything you will need. Staff was great. Room was comfortable, but do know they do not have daily service. Internet was very very good. The breakfast it was included was very extensive and you had a lovely view of it. Even with the extensive amount of people when I was there due to FIFA and Bad Bunny they managed everything flawlessly and everything was cleaned by the next morning in the hotel and out in front of the streets I was highly highly impressed....

"Siamo stati 2 notti e comodissima la posizione affianco alla metro che porta in poco tempo a quella centrale. Fra l altro una delle metro tutte dipinte. Vicino anche alla fermata del treno 41 che proviene da vicino aeroporto incluso nell abbonamento SL. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita e buona per il salato, praticamente assente il dolce, salvo un paio d tipo d muffin vegani e poi solo dei mini croissant nn tipici e neache d qualità, hanno tanti buoni dolci tipici...

"Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Rooms were smaller but the bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. The only downside was the rug in the hallway was absolutely filthy and made the hallway smell so bad. Luckily once inside your room there was no smell at all and no rug. If they remove the hallway rug it would be perfect. I wouldn’t normally write about a rug since I know they get heavy use in high traffic areas but this was absolutely...

Travelled with 1 other person, and we stayed in the “no window” room-would not recommend for 2, but that’s our error versus the hotel so that’s why I’m keeping it 5! "I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a good central location - easy to access the top attractions. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of cuisine. The room was cleaned well everyday and comes with a reasonable amount of amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly."

"Séjour d'une semaine. Hôtel incroyable. Un service de qualité. Un personnel souriant et accueillant. Vous pouvez croiser Annick, un vrai rayon de soleil. Le petit déjeuner est varié et qualitatif. Des espaces communs bien entretenu que ce soit les salons dans les étages ou bien le sauna (gratuit). La literie est très confortable. Très bonne insolation. L'aéroport n'est vraiment pas bruyant. Il y a peut-être 3 avions par jour grand maximum. En revanche, il faut bien 45min pour rejoindre...
