"Casino was very well maintained, clean, and nicely laid out so it did not feel overly crowded. It seemed very well ventilated as well.
Front desk staff was great and check-in was easy, although one of two self-service kiosks was offline, and the working one would not scan a Nevada Real-ID license, so we had to hop in the line. It moved pretty quickly.
Bar staff was super friend and attentive and both visits to the lounge were exceptional.
My review would have been better, but on Sunday, we headed down for a late (10:45 am) breakfast at the cafe, Hannah's Table. We waited behind a family of 4 and a single man for about 10 minutes. The family left after waiting, and when the hostess returned to seat the single man, she said, "The wait is going to be 15 to 20 minutes. 'I have to let my kitchen get caught up'." There was 1 person sitting at the counter which had about 8 seats total, and we coud clearly see at least 5 empty tables from the outside. Being from Vegas, there is no casino I've ever been to where the cafe cannot handle a full seated restaurant on a weekend. This is clearly unacceptable, but worked out in our favor, as we found Pine State Biscuits nearby which turned out to be the absolute best breakfast spot we've had in years, both in Reno and Las Vegas. Check it out! The J - please work on the dining situation. :)"
