This hotel works on ecological principles so provides paper cups, filtered water and organic toiletries to use. The staff were super helpful. The room was lovely. This hotel is well situated near the main station with easy access to the city centre.

The location was excellent- close to little France and the cathedral de Strasbourg. Lots of good restaurants and cafe/ bakeries nearby. The hotel was luxurious and the bed super comfortable. Overall I’ll not hesitate to recommend this hotel again!

Our go-to hotel when visiting Strasbourg. Great location, friendly staff that is eager to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay, well maintained facility that’s well air conditioned, nice breakfast with local perks like quiche, toasted bread with ham & cheese. Another great perk….. they offer extended check-out for a nominal fee. There’s 2 large, covered parking garages with a discount just a short walk down the street.

We really enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We also appreciated the complimentary water dispenser and the refreshing iced tea available throughout the day. One note about breakfast: if you want to take full advantage of everything offered, it’s best to arrive early. The egg and crêpe stations close earlier than the rest of the breakfast service. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. We loved the property and amenities for our family of four. The location worked well for us since we were only in Strasbourg for three days. We had quick access to the train station for arrival and departure, but the attractions were just a 10-15 minute walk with lots to see and eat along the way! Do note that there’s no refrigerator in the room but the hotel provides chilled water and tea in the lobby.

Just next to the train station which sounds like it good be a negative but the area is busy and bustling. Lots of other hotels on the platz but this one is quirky and has its own identity. Bike and tandem rental optional. 15 min walk to the cathedral area. Shops and cafes nearby. Breakfast was ok but not amazing. Nearby croissants and cafes better for first meal of the day. Good bar and an excellent negroni! Staff friendly and direct.
