"We booked it because of the pool, it was closed and no comments were given to customers. If I knew I would never book it. Little bit ruined our family vocation"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less."

"Two issues: hot water was not all that hot and the building fire alarm was having issues - it went off a 1AM when I was staying and the strobe light in my bathroom didn’t stop flashing until 8 AM. Fortunately maintenance disconnected the strobe in my room so I could sleep. I overheard the fire department say this was the 25th time they had been called to the property in 2026 on false alarms. This needs resolved "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early, which was a plus. My room was very comfortable. I would stay there next time I visit Dodger stadium. "

"Our room was not ready and they told us we not get the room we reserved (two queen beds) and that the could give us a king. We had 4 people on our reservation. And the man at the check in desk was very rude. We were there for a concert and expressed concern about making it on time for the show and his response was “are you performing?”- he was very rude while I was being clam and trying to be understanding.
