"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel ..."
