Very nice staff and the hotel has potential but it is in need of some repairs as the rooms do look a little neglected, e.g., not the cleanest, air conditioning leaking water when being used, broken floors, etc..

The only things I would change are: 1. Have better lighting in the room. We like to read at night and it was impossible. 2. The music in the common areas. Too loud and constant.

I really cannot fault the Hilton in any way whatsoever. A high quality hotel,excellent staff and fantastic facilities. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Prague to anyone.
