I servizi in comune sono buoni ma trovarsi in un sottoscala con un finestrino dal quale si vedono i piedi dei passanti non corrisponde a quanto si vede nelle foto … Quanto alla posizione occorre un bel cammino a piedi in salita dal centro Pertanto deludente"

"This is probably on me, didn’t know the spa is not included with the stay. Pictures shown on the property, but separate company/business? If I’m going back to faroe, I would just go to the spa. Don’t get me wrong, it is a very nice fancy hotel, everything was clean and look nice, but what got me to stay there at first was the spa/hot tub pool, since it’s a separate service, don’t have to stay in a $400-500/night hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful though."

"This was a very nice hotel but the room was incredibly small. My husband and I are not large people but it was challenging to have our luggage plus us in the room as there is little storage. I would recommend removing the iron and ironing board and simply have it available for those who need it."

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. "While the rooms are on the small side, the location and setting makes up for it. Every staff member was helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. We did opt to have the breakfast there every morning and it was delicious in the most beautiful setting overlooking the sea. So close to the downtown area! It had everything we needed and more!"
