"The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was up high with a nice view of the city. Very spacious room with a big wardrobe, a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom was very nice, the shower pressure was a bit low but the hand shower had plenty of pressure. This is our second time staying in this hotel and would definitely come back again."

"Als je houdt van een industrieel uitzicht op de haven, is dit een geweldige locatie. Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de rivier geboekt en dat viel niet tegen! Goede ligging; de kamer was schoon en ruim. Het enige minpuntje was dat de kamer niet geluidsdicht was. Als je gevoelig bent voor contactgeluiden, neem dan oordopjes mee, dan zit je goed. Verder kan ik het zeker aanraden."

"We stayed at The James twice during our visit to the Netherlands. First time we were located on the 3rd floor, good sized room, large shower, soundproofing great. The second time on the 11th floor, again a good sized room, although I preferred the third floor. Bath and shower in this room which was great. "A really nice hotel, we used for a stop over to break our journey with 2 young children and the room was great, really big with two huge comfortable beds, also a fridge and sink. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed extra bedding and coffee in the room. Would definitely recommend and use again if in the area!"
