"Our first room was covered in mold, the hallway and room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold, and the room looked nothing like in the pictures. I talked to front desk and she seemed to have no knowledge of the addition they originally put us in and acted like she knew nothing about the smell, how the rooms looked, the mold, etc. They sgreed to move us but did not have a room big enough for all of us so one of my children slept on cushions on the floor. "Clean & comfortable rooms. Obvious effort to modernize rooms. Spacious. Reception were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was clean & breakfast included in our room rate though we did not use it. It was a bit of a hike from reception to our room so if you have mobility concerns I would mention this during the booking process. Many of the rooms on our 4th floor hallway looked at if someone had tried to pry the doors open (this was a bit unsettling) but rooms were secure and we felt safe in the hotel. "

"The pool was very dirty & unusable. The first room had rusted faucet, plugged bath tub, dirty floors. The kid area in the lobby hasn’t been cleaned at all. Very rundown. The front desk was not very pleasant, the manager was rude & unaccommodating. The breakfast had very limited options. Overall not a hotel that should be advertised on Expedia. Does not meet hygiene standards."

"Great options for breakfast. Nice variety. One afternoon they had a tray of cookies which was a nice treat. Newly renovated rooms and everything was nice and clean. We did miss the pullout sofa they had before. The couch was a bit too hard. Could use a topper of some sort. Great location. Will be back! "
