"Nice one night stay. Bright, spacious, newly renovated rooms. Clean. Takes about 5 minutes for hot water, but good water pressure once it starts. Small table and chairs, new mini fridge and microwave were nice to store leftovers. Comfortable beds and pillows (just ugly quilts :), AC worked well. No deadbolt and no hair dryer but they will bring you one upon request. Helpful, friendly staff. Close to lots of food / shopping (Argyle mall with winners, LCBO, McDonald's , Wendy's, A&W, Eastside...

"Absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable. We discovered large, dark stains on the bedding that appeared to be blood. No guest should ever be expected to sleep in a bed left in this condition. It was filthy, disturbing, and a serious failure of even the most basic hygiene standards. The manager somehow made the situation worse. He was rude, dismissive, and openly gave us attitude instead of showing any concern. He claimed he could not move us to another room, did not bother calling...

"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."

"Our stay was great. Check in and check out were so fast, there was no line. They greeted us with warm cookies which was such a nice touch. They also accommodated an early check in as we had a wedding to get to. Parking was $30 and when we returned to the hotel the lot was full, I thought for sure they were going to tell us we would have to find other parking but they instead gave us permission to park right outside the front doors. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Great stay!"

"I had some expectations coming to the in. And found the property to be beautiful and well-maintained. I still find it puzzling when a big room has a double or queen bed and not a king. My experience with their food was sub-par. I did not have a full dinner so I can not speak to their full menu. I ordered room service of focaccia bread which had whipped butter, and oil and balsamic vinegar. The focaccia was seriously over baked and most of it was inedible. "Pot holes everywhere at the sides and back of the lot . Could be swept for litter Room had missing floor boards and dirty walls. Formerly used tv mounts are still on the wall. Tv is new and on its own legs now. Single serve coffee maker was slimy in the water fill compartment .
