"They lock the front door at 7 which should tell you something. And after the first day we never saw another staff member even at the front desk. Common areas stink of industrial cleaner and the room is dank and musty. There were so many things broken in the room they aren’t worth mentioning. No coffee pods. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. "

"The building has obviously been updated and looks nice. A definite language barrier with customer and staff- we asked about a AAA discount and front desk person had no idea what we were asking- also came down for coffee at 6:15am and asked about it-I personally had no idea what she said- I realize I am from northern Minnesota - maybe she didn’t know what I was asking but i certainly had no idea what she was saying- I guess i also feel that at check in the staff should know what discounts are available-senior citizen, AAA,ARP ?"

"Please get your own soap and breakfast. The rooms needs updating. It look like they updated the front but not rooms."

"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice but we went days without new towels or new sheets after asking several times. We finally got housekeeping in the room on the last day of our 4 night stay and had to take our own trash out daily. Likely will find another property in the future "

"Room was dirty upon checking in. Stains on couch. Hair strains everywhere. They gave us dirty towels with stains and hair strains. The mirror was dirty with finger and palm prints. The dishes on the shelf were wet. Just filthy. I do not recommend staying here. "
