Mi è stato detto dalla proprietaria che non collaborava più con Expedia, che non aveva più stanze e che in ogni caso non avrebbe potuto applicarmi la cifra a cui io avevo prenotato. Poi quando ho risposto che avrei fatto denuncia ai carabinieri, mi ha trovato un’altra stanza presso un altro hotel. Soggiorno da dimenticare. "
