We felt at ease with the owner (Dany?), she spoke very good English and told us why she had decided to turn what was originally her family home into a small hotel. "Friendly hotel in the middle of town with secure parking and a good bar/restaurant. The room was on the small side, but at the rear of the hotel was very quiet. The staff really make the experience, lovely and clearly hard-working. Good breakfast too. "

"Martin was a great host. The only food option is pizza in the evening which was fine for us but there aren't any food options within walking distance. The breakfast was basic but very pleasant, including some home grown produce. The pool area was nice and although very cold we enjoyed a swim. It was so peaceful and helped us switch off for a few hours. Overall we think Martin offers great value for money, the rooms are basic and don't have any mod cons but it was perfect for a one night stay...
