"Terrible- i have stayed in at least 20 hotels around Japan and this one has the worst service by far. They don’t let you leave your luggage ar the reception to go sightseeing for a few hours. I bought and paid late checkout and explicitly told them not to wake up 10’times, guess what they called and woke me up anyway. Specifically people at the reception were not friendly We arrived at dinner time, but they refused to serve us dinner because we did not book for it in advance and there is no other food in the hotel, and around the hotel you have to walk far just to eat which is also not recommended due to the risk of Bear attacks"

"It's very nice they provide umbrella to borrow. The room itself is very good. The only down side is the internet is way too slow and public area can be improved. The woman public bath is always crowded. Only 1 microwave at top floor. Gym is very small. "
