"I didnt like the stay at hotel. Soon after we entered I smell some cigarettes in the room. We booked for four people and there are no enough towels, soaps."

Petit bémol si vous êtes au 1er étage, une partie de la chambre est en parquet qui grince lorsque l'on se déplace, gênant pour le voisin d'en dessous.Il ne faut pas se coucher trop tard. Mon voisin d'en dessous me l'a signale en tapant sur son plafond. Plus possible de trop bouger dans la chambre. J'ai signalé cela a la réception qui ne m'a pas fait payer la taxe de séjour en compensation."

"The only issue I really had is that the room was warm and didn’t stay cool. The air conditioning was set where you could not make it cooler than a certain temp. I like sleeping in a cool room so with this issue I didn’t sleep well for the 3 days I was there. It all and all it was a nice place to stay."

"So the Washer failed when I was there and wouldn't accept coins. The Front desk person did refund the lost change, but I was able to make do without the washer by washing the clothes myself and using the dryer."

"Clean and good stay. Just tv remote was kind of greasy and the AC unit air was right under the curtain so it blocked all the cool air from being able to blow to the other bed away from the window"

"We had a nice clean, and quiet room. Very large bathroom and we were close to the downtown area."

"The property is run down and is in need of a major update. Our room was upstairs, which we were unaware of when we booked the room, and there is no elevator. The lobby smelled as well as our room. It smelled like old mothballs and chemicals. You can hear the train as well as traffic all day and night. The one positive is that you can walk to anything in the downtown area."

"This is our "go to" hotel when we need to get out of the heat in Phoenix. Great, friendly and very helpful staff who actually got us a room at a great price last minute. We love the indoor poor and spa, that is the best way to relax after a day of hiking. 4 minutes to downtown Flagstaff, there is very little noise and rooms and facilities are very well kept up. Since our last trip they completed construction of a very cozy meeting room with comfortable seating and a fireplace to have a nice...

"They had a cute vibe with moody colors and mountain traveler vibe. Very nice. Food was just ok. Drinks were great. Bar was excellent. Beds were comfortable! Gabe room was fun and outdoor fire pits amped up the family angle. It was a good for a motel. The rooms were dark with minimal lighting and felt a little dingy. But good for a few nights. Not a destination location."
