"Although staff in previous online conversation did not mention an Expedia reservation came with additional perks including late checkout (which is why I had started the online conversation)- the front desk person did inform me of this at check in which was a nice surprise. Room was clean. Easy to find the place."

"I was upgraded to a larger room with amazing views upon request for my birthday weekend stay ! All of the staff were friendly and professional and Willie with housekeeping was especially helpful getting me an extra blanket and making some local recommendations for food and attractions. He was very kind and a real asset to the hotel staff . My server Juan in the 720 restaurant was also very nice . The breakfast buffet was excellent, a little pricey but includes all drinks including fresh OJ . The bacon and pancakes were delicious. I didn’t try the other restaurant Kittys . Only the rooms facing the street have views so keep that in mind when booking a room otherwise you’ll be facing a wall . The rooms are clean and beds are pretty comfortable . All in all a very good stay"

"Very well-located hotel with fairly modern rooms. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, including housekeeping and the front desk. There's a pretty good Mexican restaurant on the ground floor and a fun (if a little try-hard trendy) roof bar and lounge. While generally clean, there were some details that could have been more carefully cleaned in my room, such as the ledges behind the nightstands (accumulated dust and hairs). Otherwise, housekeeping was very obliging. Strangely, while there was pretty good closet space, there were absolutely no drawers at all in the room, including the nightstands, which was both inconvenient and bizarre. My biggest complaint was the AC/heating system. Whenever it turned on, it made a loud set of noises that ended with a sound exactly like that of the room door being opened and closing (yes, I checked the door, more than once). It was especially disturbing at night when sleeping and I did not get used to it even after 3 nights. There was also no way to turn the fan on full-time; I get the energy saving, but given the noise and the usefulness of background white noise in the city, it's a problem. Otherwise, very much enjoyed the property."

"Rooms were smaller, but very efficient for a couple nights stay in the city to see BTS! My daughter and I got two twin beds, looked so small, but they were very comfortable with nice linens, nice heavy comforter, we slept well, large TV although we never turned it on…nice food court type spot across from hotel with great food selections, good coffee and tea too. Everything was very convenient except maybe parking, a little cumbersome with luggage and stuff requiring to walk a couple blocks, but not horrible either, have sidewalks of course, walkable city. Don’t forget to have your parking ticket stamped at the hotel for a cheaper rate. I would stay here again and recommend it as well. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak to that but definitely recommend the food court across the street, Seedo’s is incredible and we got really good Bulgogi in the Korean food shop as well…"
