"Reservation from 07/31/2026-08/02/2026. We got there at 3pm for check in and the system was down they didn't start manual check-ins until 7pm. So we literally had to wait around with our luggage for 4 hours. We were told there was a pool on the property, no pool. We had to pay for parking ON HOTEL PROPERTY! The lotion, soap, and shampoo they provide in the room is in a soap dispenser instead of the personal mini bottles so if you dont have your own you'll be using the same soap as the last 20...
