We only stayed one night as a stop over. Ice was available in Lobby. The location is next to the station.

Hotel Route Inn Iyo Saijo
Good the hotel had a great price. Breakfast was nice. Staff was amazing, they gave me a towel to wipe down my bike and let me keep it in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our overnight halfway thru the Shimanami Kaido and it was such a wonderful place to rest. The views and especially sunrise are without equal! My stay at Guesthouse Lululu was lovely! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in over the phone, and parking was easy once I contacted to property to reserve a spot. If I return to Kochi, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
