"By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I booked a hotel and ended up with a motel. I could live with that since it was a short stay but the room reeked of weed and cigarettes and you couldn’t even go outside without smelling weed literally everywhere. We couldn’t sleep one night because of partying people outside being loud and rowdy and repeated requests to keep the noise down were ignored. There is a homeless encampment in the woods behind the hotel and the entire property feels very unsafe and sketchy. There was hair in the tub and sink which I cleaned myself with shampoo and a towel. I 100% don’t recommend this property. "

"Rooms were clean and although this is a pet friendly hotel, we did not smell any animal odors at all. "

"I can't recall a more negative hotel experience in my years. It was horrible. The staff were confrontational and uncooperative. The room was infested with asian beetles that bite [staff tried to convince me they were lady bugs - eight of them]. An educational note for your staff...lady bugs are red. The Asian beetle is orange and yes, bites! And they clearly don't have enough housekeeping staff. The room wasn't ready when we arrived (we were only 20 minutes before 3pm) and they began knocking on rooms at 9am in the morning. I normally don't choose comfort inns locations to stay - this did nothing to convince me to choose them in the future."

"Clean Room and decent parking. Food and gas nearby. Hotel was fully booked and only one person working the front desk meant a line of about 20 individuals out the door. They were sold out the prior night as well, but the manager didn't plan this out and the wait to get a key was over 2 hours. "

"Great location. Staff was nice. The check-in process was WRETCHED! We are still dealing with weird charges on our end. I had a friend arrive before me and they wouldn’t let her check in. Then when we got it straightened the charger her cc for amenities. Just a clunky process. "
