"I did not get the cleaning ladys name but we were having problems to find the elevator. I ask the lady that was cleaning the bottom floor where the elevator was and she was so kind to show me where it was at. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to help me out. My room was very nice and clean. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you"

"The property was beautiful. The lodgings were very comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The Sonoran Spa was lovely and I would recommend their spa services. We also took advantage of the Tattered Saddle company providing trail rides on site. It was a wonderful weekend- just wish it was longer!!"

"The pool area was the best! Spacious, plenty of seating, friendly staff. Work out room was also awesome. The only area lacking was no laundry services. Seemed very unusual for a Hilton property. Closet laundromat was 22 min away!"

"Not a high-end hotel, but great for my needs and budget. A good breakfast, a basic pool, good staff and housekeeping. T.V. in Tucson is awful...not the hotel's fault. I used apps on my phone."

"Rooms large but outdated, rust in bathtub, dresser drawer linings stained and old, dresser old and dinged up, tv options minimal and not modern, few plugs easy to access to charge electronics, power outlets that didn’t work. Pool had only one recliner that was also old. No video in gym. Staff helpful but facility could use a facelift."

"The girl at the front desk was lovely. But the room was a disappointment. The floor was dirty. We all had black feet after walking around on the floor. We had to clean our feet before we got into bed and put on our shoes first thing in the morning. We asked for more towels but only received one. Breakfast was green bananas, packaged muffins, coffee and tea from a carafe. It as the worst tasting tea I’ve ever had. I won’t go back."

"No balcony as I had a room on the bottom floor. The gym, is not a gym. It has an eliptical, no treadmill, and the free weights went up to 20 lbs."
