I did not get the cleaning ladys name but we were having problems to find the elevator. I ask the lady that was cleaning the bottom floor where the elevator was and she was so kind to show me where it was at. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to help me out. Great overall resort with onsite amenities. Staff very friendly and pleasant to work with. Room nicely refurbished and clean comfortable beds. Hot tubs were not working - pool temp and bathroom tubs were dated but the rest was all in good shape.
