"Clean comfortable "

"I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and quality of this hotel. I dont usually like exterior entrances to the room, but it had no bearing on the quality. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was a bit tight, but didnt really affect our stay. The desk clerk, Emily was very friendly and caring. I would not hesitate to return to this Quality Inn. Many restaurants were close, some within walking distance. Parking was not an issue. Decent selection for breakfast."

"Waited in lobby till financials worked out with Expedia. Rooms had lady bugs landing on guests and moving around rooms. There was a note at front desk that all rooms have lady bugs but nothing on electronic reservation process."

"We had a one bedroom suite room 316 and it was absolutely run down, the headboard was coming off the wall with pieces of it missing. It was dirty dust everywhere bathroom and not been cleaned. I tried to speak with someone downstairs twice on two different occasions and the girl down there didn't want to hear it awful we won't never stay there again and we have stated many Country Inn & Suites over the states."
