"We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that...

"Great location. Apartment had all the amenities needed. Felt safe. Only not so good part was that being in downtown, it wasn't super quiet at times. Would stay here again without a doubt."

"Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."

"I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "
