"We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location!
