"Starting with what is great...location, parking, and breakfast! Just a few things to know...if you are traveling with older kids, the family suite with the two twin beds is not really ideal for kids older than maybe 11. The two twins are put together to make a king against a wall (so one kid has to climb over another for any middle of the night needs). The room is cute and would be great for young kids. It's about a 30-minute walk to the waterfront and not too difficult with hills. Re: parking,...

"Convenient location to magic mountain. In n out right across the street. Breakfast buffet did its job. Would consider somewhere else."

"The rooms are always really clean The hot tub was way. To hot it caused me to over heat and the fire dept had to come and check me out I was just over hot once I slept I was fine"

"The room was filthy. The beds had not been changed. Is trash left in the room, food containers on the table, the carpet has not been vacuumed. However, I did report it to the front desk and they immediately moved us to a new one and upgraded our room."

"I really hate to say this but the room was in need of a lot of work... the walls were dirty, wallpaper peeling. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hot tub was broken, the water feature in the courtyard is drained. The lock on the room door was broken. The 101 highway was very loud, so try to stay to the front. The bed was not comfortable. The "free breakfast" was coffee, juice, and Kirkland granola bars / rice crispy treats. I really wanted to like it but ended up leaving after one...

"The property was remodeling the restaurant so there was quite a bit of construction which, I'm sure took away from the charm, but the room and the staff were great. The water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired but all in all we enjoyed our stay."

"Had a great stay. Place was cozy and such friendly staff. We loved the ability to use transportation from the hotel to Universal! Easy to schedule and appreciated the flexibility in available pick up and drop off times."

"Staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that the pool closes at 10pm. After a long day at six flags, relaxing in the pool area was perfect. Main drawback was that when I booked it, I thought I read there was a restaurant and bar onsite and it was closed when we were there. Had to go off the property when we had planned to just have some drinks and dinner at the restaurant there. But it was a great stay"
