It did the job for a few days away. Check in was just asked for ID and given key. Nothing about whether I was allowed to have breakfast or what times they were. Wifi hit and miss in my room

UNNGÅ DETTE HOTELLET

Ikke velg dette hotellet hvis du setter pris på en ren seng, overnattet 9 netter uten at laken eller dyne/putetrekk ble byttet. Vasket gulvet en gang i løpet av oppholdet. Skulle det være noe som mangler eller ikke funker som det skal så er det bare å glemme det. Spurte fem ganger på fire forskjellige dager om en ny plast stol til balkongen og de sa de skulle fikse det men det skjedde ikke. Servicen er dårlig og de ansatte er mer opptatt av å sitte stille og snakke med hverandre enn å yte service. Ikke et hei eller et smil av alle gangene vi gikk igjennom resepsjonen. Ikke et hotell for familie da det er mye fest og bråk til alle døgnets tider. Legg heller igjen mer penger et annet sted, det er ikke verdt å betale på dette hotellet.

Un hôtel à améliorer

C’est un hôtel pour des adolescents, trop de bruits, à3h du matin les adolescents arrivent en criant, des claquements de porte c’est terrible, les draps un peu déchirés j ai pris même une photo, l’eau de la piscine te laisse gratter toute la journée, pourtant j’étais dans un autre hôtel avant à sunny beach je n ai jamais eu ce problème ni moi ni la famille. Sinon les employés sont gentils

Our stay at Sunny Beach

I would stay again when I return to Sunny Beach Bulgaria however I thought the elevators could have been cleaner and the broken mirror replaced. In addition, the bedding could have been replaced at the very minimum every other day. My family and I did enjoy our stay. The beach was phenomenal.

Odalar pis, duşa kabin bozuk( bütün banyo su içinde kalıyor, Su bir kişi duş aldıktan sonra soğuk akıyor, (eski tip kazanlı küçük şofben var) yataklar çok rahatsız, mobilya eski, saymakla bitmez... Personel ilgi alakası orta derece.. Fiyat kalite kıyaslama çok kötü. Aynı ücrete biraz merkeze mesafeli 4.veya5 yıldızda bir otekde kalabilirsiniz.. Şehir güzel eğlence için gidilecekse tavsiye ederim, Ama deniz için gidiliyorsa, deniz çok yosunlu ve pis, sahilden denize girişte 20 metre adeta yosun tarlasında yuruyorsunuz, sonrasında ise kumluk ama temiz değil,..

J'ai eu un problème avec la douche qui ne s'écoulait pas, il manquait une des deux portes. Je me suis manifesté à la réception, ils ne pouvaient rien faire de dans l'immédiat. Ils m'ont transféré dans un studio en compensation (surclassement).
