Hotel lobby and lobby bar staff was very friendly. Staff in the top restaurant was mainly very unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome there at all. Hotel was nice and clean but the floor of our Hotel room was very dirty during our stay. It should be vacuumed daily in the summer time. Also shower was a bit mouldy. Food was mainly good. Location very nice, it was easy to walk everywhere. Room was nice and quiet and the Air conditioning worked perfectly.

Hôtel antipathique, lamentable experience

Personnel horrible pas un seul n'a dit bonjour merci ou au revoir, antipathique. Le parking, une escroquerie. Payer 7.50€ par jour pour que la voiture soit garée devant la barrière et non à l'intérieur du parking... On a bien énervé le gardien qui nous a vu rentrer dans la nuit.... Une bière au bar piscine à l'intérieur, 3€ la Stella Artois... Véritable arnaque... La nourriture est juste infecte et hyoer salée,,, merci pour les personnes au régime sel.. En période de covid.. Tous les clients agglutines les uns sur les autres pour le buffet... C'est à dire les 20 minutes de queue avant de pouvoir toucher à une assiette... Distanciation sociale = zéro. Tout l'hôtel est convié à la même heure c'est à dire 10 étages.... Sympa... Le restaurant au 11eme étage, une idée de génie ça aussi parce que pour pouvoir trouver un ascenseur libre, bon courage.... Alors dans les repas compris aucune boisson n'est comprise donc attendez vous à manger sans un seul verre ni même gobelet d'eau à moins de faire la queue et de le payer... Du grand n'importe quoi.... Au dernier jour, pas de merci ni au revoir.... Accueil lamentable qui 'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Seuls point positifs : magnifique hôtel, bien placé à 500m de la plage,,, et belle et grande piscine. Nous regrettons cet hôtel, qui est une honte. Heureusement nous avons séjourné sur Sofia, Plovdiv et Golden Sands dans 3 autres hôtels beaucoup mieux et pour certains beaucoup moins cher.

Huoneen siisteys on tosi huono! Lattiat ei ollut pesty eikä kalastettu 12 päivän aikana kertaakaan ... Sama juttu parvekkeen. Käytettiin koko aika kengät jalassa. Siivoojat yritttivat näyttä meille ”tie” missä voimme kävellä jos hän on siivonnut lattiat((( Maksoimme superior huoneen ja saimme tavallinen vanhan puolella huoneen. Valituksen jälkeen saimme kuitenkin oikea huoneen, josta maksoimme. Kiitos vastaavalle, joka järjesti meille oikea majoitus, josta maksoimme.
