"Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room.
We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves.
Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel...

"Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing."

"Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to."

"this property is somehow connected the Sirrata its a older property and couid use a lot of general updating ...the rooms were clean as far as counters showers but corners trim etc are overlooked ..none of the room are directly facing the ocean but you can see at a 90 degree angle ..
the problem with this hotel is the ridicules fees they hook you with a lower rate then nail you with a $45 per day day resort fee that is for the use of there room phone and other made up stupidly....then on top of...

"Very nice hotel. It is not on the beach. They have a golf cart that will shuttle you to beach. They need another cart or two to better accommodate guests
Staff was great. Room clean and quality linens. On site restaurant are very good.
Bathroom was open to bedroom. Privacy screen would be nice. I would go back. Beach in area is very good. And plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Rooftop bar was nice too"

"I got a bad taste from this trip because I was hit with a $55 per night for amenities and $25 to park a car. After paying this most of the activities we had to pay extra for. It was difficult to get down from the room limited elevators and a long confusing walk to the stairs. "
