"Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel"

"It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas."
