"There was wasps in the bedrooms."

"The self-contained villas are remotely located- I had no idea it was that far at the time of booking. The villas are located further away from the pool and beach. I had requested to be moved to the rooms that were closer to the pool and restaurant- took some time but the staff managed to accommodate my request. Luckily I had no plans to cook and was able to give the villa up for rooms only. Something to consider when booking the villas with cooking facilities."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Beautifully maintained rooms & grounds."

"Clean, tidy and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay."

"Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals."

"Everything perfect"

"Wonderful staff, complimentary breakfast, beach is a 2 minute walk. Can’t recommend this place enough."

Situated beside a junkyard, the accommodation was accessible only via several stairs leading to a small basement-style unit. Local residents also...

"First Landing is a lovely resort on the water with beautiful views, friendly staff, excellent food and a rustic feel to the area. Loved all of the foliage and fauna."

"If money is no object, skip this review and book elsewhere. Otherwise be advised: Get the all-inclusive add-on, it includes alcohol, great value. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS RESTAURANT. You could easily consume 6x the cost of the all inclusive add-on with two meals a day and drinks. You should know it'll cost $450 FJD each way for two people to get on scheduled hotel boat from Vuda marina to island. Hotel will gladly invoice you $70 for an airport taxi, though there's one waiting on the airport curb to...

"The staff were attentative listened and interested in getting to know us. We were greeted with enthusiasm rooms clean comfortable for a reminiscent stay. The Tonoa had a relaxing pleasant vibe. Will be returning in our next visit."
