"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. From the moment we were picked up by the red boat, we were made to feel so welcome with everyone we met giving us a huge genuine grin and a “Bula”.
