"Very clean updated room, very quiet building, great location. Some of the staff would stand outside rather then at the front desk, and we asked for more body wash and didn’t get any (minor issue but none the less)"

"The view and room exceeded my expectations, if you like a firm bed, then you would like this the bed was very firm. The shampoo lotions were nice zero dyes nice for skin sensitive There was everything you need, parking was the only negative first come first serve there is parking garage, though I was unable to follow the map, liked the geo key to enter the building and room felt secure ."

"Property GM was working the desk on our arrival Sunday night and was still there practically all day Monday. You can tell he has high expectations of his staff and property with his personal commitment to a quality stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot and cold breakfast options. The automated pancake machine was neat. Hot coffee was always available. Staff had no problems making a pot of decaf coffee when requested. Goofy-Golf course on site was a bonus. Hot tub jets were weak. Would have no problems staying here again."

"If you want to be part of Duluth history, you should booked a room at the Salyard Mansion. This is our third reservation in this mansion and we don’t want to book anywhere else in Duluth when we stay for couple of days. You get a unique experience being in the historical part of Duluth and each room is amazing (back in time but very cozy and comfortable)."
