This was an exceptional Marriott hotel experience during my stay for 11 nights - my room was fresh and clean; the staff was incredibly customer focused (Hitesh in particular was a standout); and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed with a comprehensive array of very tasty international cuisine choices. The gym was very well equipped with a good variety of machines and free weights. Marriott Surat is doing it right!!

It was an amazing hotel. Very clean. All staff from reception, restaurant staff, waiters, cleaners, were very courteous. The breakfast had a large variety of food. Our room was facing the river. Will recommend this hotel

This is become like a heritage with first being Rama Regency and then TAJ and now finally managed by Marriott. Location is just amazing and view of river Tapi is so serene. Management May audit plumbing and Refrigerators as in a 5 star people expect flaw less service.

Excellent hotel,good location,brilliant staff I would recommend the hotel but the room I stayed in had a problem with shower door. The door wouldn’t close so after shower all the water is on the floor is wet .
