"I booked for 4 pax but when I called to inform that guests will be late, the reservations staff insisted that only 3 rooms were booked, I called three times. Kanhaiya was a great host at the restaurant. He served some amazing food. Sharad Patil was really helpful. Mr Samar and all the Duty managers were very helpful and courteous. "Short stay booked to attend a wedding function as location is ideal if travelling around. We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Was raised with the staff but no one fixed during the stay which wasn’t ideal. Food options limited with water and hot drinks only offered (no soft drinks). "

"There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "
