"No spa"

"2 ROOMS - PREMIUM DOUBLE Not as advertised. No comforters. No hair dryers. Flushing didn't work properly. There were weevil(bokbok) poops. The other room was dusty and the sheets were yellow stained due to sheets being old. The towel edges in this room were tattered. The facilities were not functional. Faucets fall apart and flushing also didn't work properly. Sheets didn't feel clean and there were weevil poop as well. Kudos to the all the staff. They were helpful and accommodating. Also,...

"We searched for cagwait it brought thus hotel up they said it was 25minutes north if cagwait and 9 minutes south of tandag we drove for hours nobody knew where it was ut turns out it was a 2day travel away we had a sick son in the car we had to take to hospital and then book another hotel. Still have mot heard anything back on a refund"

"At front desk they didn’t seem to know how to get my reservation I made with Hotels.com. And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!! No plans to clear up why the reservation I made with a confirmation # wasn’t able to be found. Then finally the supervisor says they only deal with Agoda now!! Hotels.com didn’t take the hotel off of the website so...
