"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! "If you want to visit this area, it is one of your only options. It is a beautiful location and the staff was helpful. It looks beautiful but it is really run down. We did appreciate hot water and you can see that they are trying to make some improvements. Never the less, the pictures are still very misleading. Expedia and other sites need to do a better job of removing these locations from their listings. I knew ahead of time that it wasn't going to be like the pictures but there are some things that may make the location risky. The decks are deteriorating and there is rusting metal that could cause injury. This is no joke. "
