"We had a very clean room, but there was a plumbing problem. They did come and fix it right away. We asked for extra towels and they forgot them and didn’t bring them and the front Desk could use a little bit of help in the customer service area."

"Serious Hygiene Issue (Bed Bugs) – Room 125 We stayed at this property from April 9th–13th. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short when we discovered a live bed bug and fecal stains on the bedding in Room 125. We provided photographic evidence to the management, and the property manager, Meryl, confirmed it was "a match" for a bed bug. While the manager was professional in her demeanor and agreed to authorize a refund for our final two nights, the hotel was unable to move us to a new room, stating they did not want to risk the spread of the pests. This resulted in a forced early checkout and the significant inconvenience of finding last-minute accommodations and treating all of our belongings. While the staff was polite, a bed bug infestation is a major health and safety concern. I hope the property takes the necessary professional extermination steps to ensure this doesn't happen to future guests."
