"Shower Plumbing could use improvements but overall a lovely property. Confusion about included breakfast on first day. Dusty. Very good location. Helpful staff."

"clean room"

"Obviously there is an element of value for pay that one has to consider. The Carlyle is not high end luxury but as a reasonable value for a place to stay for several nights it was fine. I would return. Staff was polite, there were no serious issues with the room, the environment felt safe, amenities were adequate (though minimalistic),l and the bed was comfortable."

"Lovely can’t wait to go back"

"I spent eight nights here and really enjoyed my stay! As soon as you pull into the courtyard, you almost forget you’re in the middle of Los Angeles. Parking can be a little tight at night, but there’s plenty of street parking nearby. My only minor complaint would be the thin walls. One night I could actually hear my neighbour snoring! But that certainly wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Next time I’ll just bring earplugs. Overall, a great little hotel with a wonderful atmosphere,...

"We had a wonderful stay at this iconic hotel! We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready upon arrival for an early check in. The recently upgraded room was large and beautiful with a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area. The bathroom was extra large with two rain showers, well equipped with all toiletries and fluffy bathrobes. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant- Great food but a little on the pricey side. All you the staff were friendly and helpful If...

"Everything about this hotel is wonderful. During our previous stay, we requested a tea kettle, and once again, one was thoughtfully provided for us this time. What makes this hotel truly special is the warmth and kindness of every staff member. They always welcome us with genuine warmth and make us feel so at home. We will most certainly be coming back. This hotel has truly become one of our favorite places to stay!"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"This place was not cleaned and prepped for visitors. There were bugs in the bed and all over the wall."
