"Bij het inchecken werden we geholpen door een vriendelijke jongedame. We waren wat eerder dan de officiele inchecktijd, maar het appartement was al schoon, dus we konden meteen in ons appartement, wat heel fijn was! We werden begeleid naar ons appartement en die was voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Met een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad, de bergen en de baai! "Amazing hotel , staff amazing , quality of rooms was excellent . There is major construction outside and it’s very noisy . I contacted Expedia and explained this should be on the website. This is not the hotels fault and they where very simpathetic But there was nothing they could do . The building started at 7 am even on weekends. I would for sure stay again but the building work would need to be completed.👍 "

"Never responded to a shuttle request. So I had to rent a car. An added expense. They need someone to responded to multiple requests and messages to the client or Expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Left and not coming back! Stay away , stay Tivat , better hotels."

"I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation."
