Hotel is in a great area, 3 minutes walk to market, restaurants. Warm welcome by the hotel staff. The hotel restaurant staff was not informed that breakfast is included in our booking and therefore did not prepare our breakfast. She did not speak any English (nor did the front desk staff at 8am). That took sometime to resolve but we got our breakfast. There's a leak from the sink in the bathroom. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

아주 좋았습니다.

호텔 장소는 번화가 중심지에 위치하고있어서 이용하는데 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고 직원분들의 친절함과 아침식사가 부페식으로 나왔는데 왠만한 식당의 정식먹는것 보다더 잘나왔습니다. 시설또한 정말 좋은 시설과 깨끗함 그리고 방음이 아주 잘돼어있어서 출장을 자주다니는 저로서는 최고의 호텔로 적극 추천드립니다.

빨래가 오전에만 가능해 불편했음. 모든 투숙객이 오후에 입실하는데 규칙이 왜 아침에만 가능한지ㅠㅠ 처음 지정해주신 방에서 에어컨이 제대로 작동되지 않아 장을 옮겨야하는 불편함이 있었음

깨끗한시설

인계동 유흥가에서 조금 떨어져있어서 시끄럽지 않고 시설물도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 전반적으로 좋았어요 저는 불편한 점을 못느꼈네요

3인이 이용했는데 가서 추가요금이 있다는 사실을 알아서 당황했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 사용하고 편리했고 아침 조식은 8시 45분에 갔는데 깨끗하게 치워져있고 구경도 못했네요.

벨아미 이용후기

리모델링이라서 객실 내부는 매우 깔끔하였음. 다만, 엘리베이터나 계단 등 부분적으로 낡은 부분들이 보여서 감점 요인이 됨. 담배냄새가 없어서 좋았고, 욕실이 정말 깨끗해서 마음에 듬. 칫솔도 부드러워서 고급스러운 느낌이 있었음. 그런데, 전기포트가 낡아 녹이 있어서 사용에 주저가 됨. 서비스 음료수가 물 1병뿐이라서 아쉬움. 아침식사는 정말 간단한 수준 정도임.

서비스가 친절하고 방이깨끗함

아르바이트하는 카운터직원이 매우친절하였음. 침대는 푹신하진않지만 문제없었고 방이 깨끗해서 머물기 좋았음. 불편한부분있으면 바로바로 해결해주셔서 매우 편하게쉬었음.

まわりには韓国らしいお店が多い

まわりには韓国的なお店が多く夜はかなり賑わっていました。ホテルはスタッフは愛想がありませんが部屋はかわいくて、テラスもよかったです。キッチンがついているのにグラス２つしかなく残念でした。

비지니스 호텔로 적합.

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 서비스도 괜찮았고 위치도 시내 중심이라 원하면 식사하기도 편리하더군요. 근처 갈일 있으면 다시 이용하겠습니다.
