"Love the hotel and the city! Only complaint is all of the aggressive street peddlers that approach as soon as you step off of the property. The hotel needs to do something about this. I was interested in browsing the craft market during our 4 night stay, but the peddlers made us steer clear of the area."

"We had an awesome stay. Best location ever, clean, beautiful little “house”. We had our own braai. Everything that we needed was there. Opposite the Jetty and close by all the shops. We stayed 5 nights. We will come back and stay longer. The staff are so friendly!"

"We found our 1st Rm #39 to be extremely cold. We were mived to Rm #11 & with a heater we were much more comfortable. Staff were great!! Had a lovely time in Swakopmund....great town!!"

"I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. I find the hostel is profit minded and doesn't have the best interest of guests in mind. "
