"The 1-min walk from the train station is the hotel's best feature - super convenient. Staff are friendly. The downside is the dated facilities. There is no air conditioning, and only a fan is available. It was fine when we visited though, as the weather was cool. You can store the luggage there for free when you check out, which was nice for me"

"Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. "Good sized room and great price. The manager was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay."

I had a double room and it was very clean and spacious, although a small bit of feedback, I think the carpets could do with a clean soon but everything else was great. The staff at breakfast were attentive and friendly and I loved how everything was locally sourced...

"Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "

"It as fine"

"Lovely property, nicely refurbished. Large bathroom just a double bed, this felt a bit cozy in the room. Didn't use bar or restaurant but it looked lovely."

"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future."
